About

Built to end
guesswork.

One person, one mission, made in Brisbane: stop punishing men who care.

Synced started with a fight I lost. My partner had been distant for a week. I'd ask what was wrong, she'd say nothing, I'd push, she'd snap, I'd back off, she'd feel ignored. We'd already done this dance enough times to write the choreography.

Then she said it: "You should have known." And I realised — there was a piece of information she had that I didn't. Not because she was hiding it. Because the world doesn't teach men to track this stuff. We're raised to react, not anticipate.

Her cycle wasn't a mystery to her. It was a mystery to me.

So I started writing it down. Periods, energy levels, what landed and what didn't. Within two months I'd figured out the pattern. Within three, fights had stopped. Not because I'd become a different person — but because I'd stopped trying to communicate during her low-energy window and started showing up with comfort food on day one instead of asking "what's wrong?"

The version of me that could do that was the version she'd always hoped for. Turns out, he was always there. He just needed a calendar.

So we built one.

Synced is the app I wish I'd had three years ago. It tells you where she is in her cycle, what that probably means for her today, and three concrete things you could do about it. No clinical jargon. No tracker overwhelm. Just the right move, at the right time, from someone who's already figured out the patterns.

It's built with her data, her consent, her control — because that's the only version that doesn't become creepy. She can see exactly what you see. She can edit, remove, or opt out anytime, from a link sent to her phone.

Every gift in the app comes from an Australian small business we've personally bought from. Every date idea is somewhere we'd actually take a partner. 10% of our profit funds White Ribbon Australia — because if this app is going to be in the business of helping men, it should help the ones who never get it.

What we're not.

We're not a fertility app. We're not a medical product. We're not for men who want to surveil their partners — those guys can't use this app, by design.

We're for the man who's tired of getting it wrong, even when he's trying. The one who reads articles about emotional labour and feels guilty but doesn't know what to do differently on Tuesday at 7pm. The one who'd send flowers if he knew when. Who'd cancel the dinner plans if he knew she needed the night in.

That's the version of you Synced was built for. Welcome.
