How does cycle tracking work?

Enter your partner's last period start date, average cycle length, and average period length. Synced uses this to calculate her current phase and predict upcoming dates — all computed on your device with no data sent to external servers beyond secure storage in your account.

How do I log a new period?

Go to your partner's profile (tap her name on the home screen) and tap "Period started today?" to log today's date. You can also edit the last period start date manually from the same screen.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete account, or email hello@synced.app and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours. hello@synced.app

Is my partner's data private?

Yes. Your partner's cycle data is stored securely in your account and is never shared with third parties. Only you can see it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do push notifications work?

Synced can send reminders before phase changes, upcoming periods, and birthdays. You can toggle these on or off at any time from the Profile tab under Guardian Alerts.
