Synced ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Synced, you agree to the practices described here.
What We Collect
Account information
Your first name and email address when you create an account.
Partner cycle data
Menstrual cycle dates and settings you enter for your partner. Used only to compute cycle phases and generate reminders for you.
Order information
Delivery address and purchase history when you place orders through the app.
Push notification tokens
Device tokens used to send you reminders, if you opt in.
Usage data
Anonymous analytics to improve the product — no personally identifiable information.
How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your partner's cycle data for advertising.
Health & Sensitive Data
Cycle dates entered in Synced are treated as sensitive health-related data. This data is encrypted at rest, stored in our secure database (Supabase), and is never shared with advertisers, analytics platforms, or third parties. Only you can access the data you enter.
Third-Party Services
Subscription billing. Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your card details.
Secure database and authentication. Data is stored in Australia (ap-southeast-2).
App hosting. No personal data is retained by Vercel beyond standard server logs.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data including cycle records is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion or export, email us at hello@synced.app.
Children
Synced is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
